Cozy room in a very central location
A standard double room with the city view is very light and spacious, the bed is comfy and everything including the bathroom was very clean. We only stayed one night and didn't have a lot of communication, but the staff was overall very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is a very standard continental buffet, nothing extra and we wish it had more variety, but still, everything was quite tasty. What I'd like to add is that although the hotel is located on a very lively central street, once the windows are closed you cannot hear anything from the outside, the sound isolation is perfect!

The staff was very friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. Both the room and the spa area were spotlessly clean throughout our three-day stay. The breakfast was satisfactory – we didn't expect anything more.

Everything ! Staff were fabulous . We were cycling and arrived very wet and cold . The lady on reception was lovely and showed us where to store our bikes . Our room was beautiful, high up with a view of Main Street but no noise as so high up ! We went for a very welcomed swim and sauna in the lovely spa which was just what we needed after a hard cycle in mountains in rain . Hotel was at the top of the town close to the famous Hotel Pupp . Ideal place for walking everywhere in Karlsbad . I had a massage from Nikki and it was probably the best I have ever had . Breakfast was excellent .

K dostání i prostěradla do sauny nebo na lehátka. U wellness rovnou sprchy se sprchovým gelem a šamponem, skříňky na odložení věcí a toaleta. Pokoje byly čisté. Na pokoji taška na wellness s ručníky a županem. Celkově bych hodnotila jako úžasný pobyt na relaxaci a poznávání města. Sauny od 10ti do 8mi. Bazén od 7mi do 8mi. Snídaně od 7:30 do 10ti, čerstvé, velký výběr.
Amazing spa weekend experience
We loved our the room was well decorated, the spa with the pool and sauna amazing. Very good bed too! My mom never been in the pool before, and the fact that your feet can touch anywhere in the pool is truly amazing. The location is perfect too, I’m the center of everything. The AC is good! Breakfast is good and quite honest ! Everyone is nice and helpful from the front desk to the ladies that set up the breakfast . We felt very welcomed (as a black women is important to notice that especially in a country that isn’t western), so thank you for this.

Excelent facility, pool, sauna, breakfest, room.... tiptop. We had two rooms... one of them had small aircondition defect which was resolved within a few hours. Nevertheless, we were moved to a larger, even more cozy room. I can really recommed this hotel!!!

Modern, very clean, noise-protected, warm, cosy and in the heart of city center. We also had back&legs massage (great!) and spent around an hour in the wellness zone. I absolutely loved the tropical shower in this area. Thank you!

Hotel se nachází přímo v lázeňském centru nedaleko tržní kolonády - tedy lokalita super. Hotel nedisponuje parkovacími místy, nechavali jsme auto na kopci, což je trochu mínus,ale víme že takto to mají temer všechny hotely podél řeky. Pokoj naprosto nádherný,krásný výhled a vybavení. Wellness také- bazen nás úplně ohromil, mohlo by být více lehátek, my jsme si vždycky místo našli, ale kdyby přišlo více ubytovaných najednou,asi by byl problém. Snidane byly dobré, dostačující - není to nijak obrovský výběr,ale vždy je a něco z tepleho a studeného.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The wellness facilities are a real highlight - the beautiful pool features a counter-current jet system that creates a water flow perfect for swimming in place. The sauna area is also excellent and well-maintained. The hotel's location is particularly charming - situated on a pedestrian street with a lot of boutique shops. This unique setting adds to the relaxing spa town atmosphere that Karlovy Vary is famous for. The combination of comfortable accommodations, quality wellness facilities, and the location made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Karlovy Vary!

A standard double room with the city view is very light and spacious, the bed is comfy and everything including the bathroom was very clean. We only stayed one night and didn't have a lot of communication, but the staff was overall very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is a very standard continental buffet, nothing extra and we wish it had more variety, but still, everything was quite tasty. What I'd like to add is that although the hotel is located on a very lively central street, once the windows are closed you cannot hear anything from the outside, the sound isolation is perfect!
room was spacious and clean and new. Really like the interior of it. the breakfast tasted good. the location was on the main street. They gave us the bag with towels for spa, which was very considerate. Overall experience was nice.
We loved everything about the room – it was spacious and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, including sauna and pool equipment. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. Both the room and the spa area were spotlessly clean throughout our three-day stay. The breakfast was satisfactory – we didn't expect anything more.
Everything ! Staff were fabulous . We were cycling and arrived very wet and cold . The lady on reception was lovely and showed us where to store our bikes . Our room was beautiful, high up with a view of Main Street but no noise as so high up ! We went for a very welcomed swim and sauna in the lovely spa which was just what we needed after a hard cycle in mountains in rain . Hotel was at the top of the town close to the famous Hotel Pupp . Ideal place for walking everywhere in Karlsbad . I had a massage from Nikki and it was probably the best I have ever had . Breakfast was excellent .
